Part of the land of that new project you just posted is currently a small parking lot (corner soeur-grises and wellington) and a blind wall behind it from the project next door on S-G.
As for the building on King street, for the most part of what would be demolished is just some non-interesting 3 story red brick building with no architectural features whatsoever.
Only "nice" building would be the one on the corner of King and Wellington.
