That four storey jut out turns that from a decent building into a great building. Love the clean lines and the simple added bonus of the box.

davidivivid has been posting some amazing developments on SSP, stuff any city would kill to have. QC has been killing with the lo rise modern developments.

When did 460 Yonge become 207 metres? The development application states that it will be 198.5 metres.

That didn't cout to the top of the spire, just the mech.

Another building at 200 meters for "the dot"

So we stand at 33 built-under-construction-proposed-potential developments over 200 meters.

Just 7 more gets us to 40 towers over 200 meters, this year. The year of the Apocolypse 2012.

LOL - what spire. "I don't know (why)" is just not in your repertoire, eh?

It's was revised weeks ago in accordance to the development application.
