This is true(2400 Chestnut). But why not invest some of that capital back into the building. Clad it in some modern glass, do something with the roof , and at the very least light that building up a bit.
I noticed the earth movers were going strong today. That good to see because I would hate for that lot to hit a snag and be a parking lot for the next 20 years.
