I like this a lot!

I actually did catch a glimpse of those pic when IanO first posted them before he had to take them off. However, I seem to remember a seating plan for that resto which isn't reposted.

Their appeal period is over, so I felt it was safe to post again.

Some good healthy competition for Joeys. I hope they keep the Db level down to a low jet engine.

Quite like the design - if it opens right up into the building from the patio (seasonally) this will be phenomenal. That said I do know the lack of ceiling height may be an issue - but maybe great interior design will create some magic. As for the signage sitting atop the canopy - this is a pretty art deco look and given the expanse of the sidewalk - seems perfect for this venue. My guess is the building will lease out remaining office space fast given this quality of resto on the main floor. Good news all around. Anyone know who is doing the interior design/architecture for CCC?

The hat does the pub atmosphere pretty well. Hopefully Your Public House place has a similar vibe.

Cactus club = awesome.

CC looks great, but I think the restaurant just means more money for the Fuller family, which I believe owns Earl's, Joey's and Cactus Club.

Edit: The CC is not completely owned by the Fuller's, but they do hold a 65% stake.

Felt identical to the bank Friday. The walls of books are nice and I would like to see it with an after work crowd, but when we went it was no different.

I do still like the downstairs area, but up is meh. I did hear they are thinking rooftop patio... But I will believe it when I see it.

Looks like some Cambodian/Laos restaurant has opened where Karma Indian Bistro used to be.

Apparently the Tomato is reporting that a downtown Keg is opening in the Westin. Gonna have to hunt down the January issue.
