So, I take it the workers are still on strike? Looks like the cranes haven't moved for a few days. Are the steelworkers going to get paid?

They aren't on strike...they got their weekly pay around 7:30 Friday morning.
It's been too windy for the cranes - they can't use the cranes in 30+ mph winds.

Weather over there on the other side of the planet looks identical to over here. Empty clear blue open skies.
