THe cladding on either is not blue at all. It's just very reflective- so it appears blue when the sky is blue, grey when it's cloudy, even orange at sunset! It's not blue.

for a few minutes the lights went out tonight leaving the tower in total darkness.....but the lights came back a few minutes later..it was kinda eeire and mysterious....

I'm sure they'll light it up for Christmas like they did last year. The Tower was at the 52nd floor last December at around this time so it grew over 500 feet in one year, not bad. Next year it will have reached its full height so things are looking good.

1 WTC is nice there. They lit up the tower a little bit this year which sucks, it would of been better if they lit up the entire tower this year, it would of looked nice.
