Hoarding has already started going up around the site:

50 tallest! It'll still be Toronto 45, all other cities 5. Not that bad, but close.

exciting news on Theatre park ^^^.. i had no idea they even had a website with a rendering view which was cool,

theatre park has an amazing location and i think the height is appropriate.. now it just needs some tall neighbours.

197 Yonge Street to be developed by Mod Developments, developer of Five St. Joseph. Considering how successful Five is at working with heritage buildings, this should be promising. Looking forward to the renderings.

60 floors is small time. I hope these guys go for 80 floors.

Looks like Eau du Soliel will come in at 62 Floors.

Probably good enough for 200 meters to 210 meters.

i don't mind this at 60 considering how small the site is, but of course more height is better.

But i'd much rather see 80 stories in that Bay/Gerard lot... that's complete waste if you ask me... shadows are apart of city life,, get used to it!

The Bay/Gerard proposal is such a waste, not only in terms of height but crappy design.

Yansong Ma's designs are brilliant. Something like this (look below) in 'Sauga would be unreal. Although, I admit that I'd much prefer such (potential) starchitecture in the downtown core and not wasted in the suburbs again.

Cadillac Fairview now has a JV partner for their Tour de les Canadiens project in Montreal. I would imagine it will be announced publicly some time soon.

I love his work as well. As much as I want great design in Toronto, other people deserve no less. It's not 'wasted' if Mississauga gets a great building as you suggest.

It's probably Canderel, where does that leave the other projects CF was planning,it doesn't show much confidence when they have to bring in partners to build a single condo tower
