No, the 3 floors are not happening. The application has been withdrawn from the city website.

I would go in and add the extra floors, but I'm too lazy.

I get the feeling that once the tower portion of this building starts going skyward, there will be many of you salivating at the sight of concrete forms being erected a little bit higher each day...

More updates on Aura's cladding. The curtainwall glass looks sharp.

The glass looks great so far, though I'll reserve judgement until I see the spandrel glass. That can make or break a tower. Not literally, of course. I do think that using stainless steel on the mullions inside the curtain wall instead of the blue material shown in the 3rd picture of Travis007's post would have been far more sleek. But that will only be an issue when you're looking through the glass with no reflection. With any level of reflection, that blue becomes invisible.

^I'm wondering if the blue on the mullions isn't a blue plastic protective film over stainless steel? (You can see a section of it is missing in one of the shots.) I'm hoping that's the case.

Not only is the glass going on the podium, but it looks like the transition to the tower portion has finished, and that 1-2 floors of the tower have been formed and/or poured...

I hope you're right, but the two I see "missing" the protective film appear to be corner mullions or exterior mullions. You can see the concrete makes a corner there in the first two shots. All the other ones are blue. But I agree, I too hope this is protective film.
