Yeah. It's really too bad that they didn't leave a provision for a potential Evergreen Line station there, though.
I wonder what kind of grocery store they are expecting to move in there, though. There's tons of them in the area as is. Maybe something asian-oriented like a T&T?
Also, the underground parking is going to be rather difficult to access from the looks of the site plan.
