ok why cant TD match the glass when they replace windows, come on thats bullshit

I think he's talking about the one oddball panel on the left, rather than the colour blocking.
The windows are single pane glass and there' UV film applied to the inside of the glass - and that film is periodically replaced as it ages, dries and cracks. So it could be the film applied to the inside of the window.

Tried to take a shot with the BlackBerry today - not enogh light for a clear shot - will bring the camera in tomorrow.
