Anyway he's the same man who did the Elan on Seymour. It is VERY similar, especially the 2 story grids facing Howe. And yes he's also considering adding colour to the design to help it stand out.

It looks like Elan and Capitol produced a lovechild.
As long as they go easy on the light coloured spandrels than this could turn out good.
