World Trade Center Bond Yields Lowered as Investors Seek Safety

November 01, 2011
By Martin Z. Braun

Quote:
Developer Larry Silverstein, buoyed by investor demand for the safest assets, sold $1.23 billion of tax-exempt bonds to help finance construction of 4 World Trade Center at lower yields than forecast.

Demand for the World Trade Center issue outpaced supply by as much as 8-to-1, said Bramlage, who earlier today said Silverstein might have to raise yields to attract investors.

Looks like new steel is going up this morning, is this the setback or is this the last normal jump before the setback starts?

Those triangles only mean one thing. The next floors that would be built after the current ones would be the ones that are set back.
