City of Vancouver by-law questions
Here's one:
If a developer builds a condo with only exterior corridors, like at 168 powell, does that exterior space discounted from the gross floor area? Would it count toward the 8% exemption for balcony space? If a developer builds a slab tower with double-loaded corridors that are open at each end (ie, not heated/insulated), is that floor area exempt?
