Thanks for posting - I wonder what the wait would be like when there are a bunch of people trying to get their cars out.

From the inside, the windows on the south and east sides look small (short) in those listings - i.e. they looks 1960s

You'd think it would be more annoying once the gimmick wears off after... well, once. Unless it is quite fast and there won't be long lineups at busy times of the day! I'm not even sure how long the massive ones in Japan take, but they seem more culturally receptive to waiting in long lines for just about everything

I can just imagine Mr. Selfimportant waiting 15 minutes for his Ferrari....

The suites themselves look quite sterile and cold. It reminds me of older Manhattan apartments

The parking system is supposed to be quite fast... with only a wait of up to 90 seconds during peak time.

But remember that when you get the vehicle you are on P1 and have a very short drive to street level vs. people that have to go all the way down to "P4" and then have to snake their way up to surface.

The units seem to be priced quite fairly for rent. Except for a 2 bed for $6000/month! Not worth it, especially with the extremely crappy bathroom fixtures it showed in the pictures. Looks like a cheap 3-star hotel bathroom.

Plus the time it takes for the driver/occupants to load or unload their luggage, groceries or whatever else they're hauling (Ferraris excluded).
i.e. akin to waiting for a returning driver to actually drive out of that parking spot at the mall.

Not an issue the building has a relatively large bio-diesel generator onsite.

I stayed at a hotel in Seattle a while back that had that type of car stacking system it looked to be very efficient, but with all those moving parts I can just imagine the things that could/will go wrong.
Here in my tower, one of our 3 elevators usually brakes down about once every two months or so.

i never noticed the two heritage buildings before the redo....i can remember the jolly taxpayer pub...but not these two.
