^In case you're like me and forget what happened last week let alone what happened two months ago, that's the project we were talking about in July on page 154 of this thread. With four teams submitting bids and a minimum offer of $18M for the land, it sounds like the process should end up much better than the last time they tried this.

One other thing to note, I think this development will be the first to reflect the new vision for the Folsom streetscape with wider sidewalks, trees, etc. You can do a fly-through and see renderings under New Neighborhood on the Transbay Transit Center website.
