Yeah, these are not the most graceful looking things. Compared to our other suburbs, Richmond Hill is joining the high-rise game late...and off to a bad start.

I saw the name and thought it would look really nice. But then I scrolled down and got a little scared.

That Beverly Hills add looks so pretentious! Do they really think people are gonna look at that and go "Wow, isn't that fancy!! We should live there." Cause I don't think that will happen.

Like I said, watching a homebuilder of single detached homes trying to sell a condo tower, is going to be an exercise in hilarity.

1. Disagree. That — marketing sells well, especially in the burbs.

Great Lands is an experienced condo builder. They have been almost exclusively condo since developing The Monet five years ago; a popular favourite in the North York skyline.

Vancouver office boom

Just to update everyone, Vancouver is pretty much kicking — these days!

Bental 6 | 25 floors | 91 meters | Approved

1021 West Hastings | 36 floors | 143 meters | Approved

Telus Garden | 22 floors | 100 meters | Proposed

801 West Pender | 31 floors | ~135 meters | Proposed

and also, 1133 West Georgia is being reformatted with a potentially significant office component

1133 West Georgia | 67 floors | 188 meters | Approved

You're right People are stupid.

I guess I was being a little over optimistic about the amount of intelligent free-thinking people.

Are you implying they could one-up their marketing by throwing in a couple LV logos all over too?
