we can even see the lifting of the blue panels and the side crane.

@ 78th floor does it becomes the highest now?

Floor 80 = 1,000'
Floor 81 = 1,013'4''
Add 4' or 5' for column splices.
These are the next 2 jumps.

I think you chart is a little off from what i heard 1 wtc wont hit a 1000 ft until the 81 floor which you make it 1003 feet, but i could be wrong there is no grantee that a single column be be added for every floor

When I first saw the design for I WTC I was not a fan. It seemed a little out of date compared to structures going up around the world. While I was looking at some diagrams of cancelled projects in New York, I noticed that I WTC is basically a slightly updated version of the 1999 proposal for the New York Stock Exchange Tower. That being said, I think the cladding of I WTC is beautiful, and the tower itself will really give lower Manhattan some much needed height. I think New York suffers because it has so many towers that are nearly the same height. I WTC will be a great supertall. Overall I give it an A-.

Brian, that is amazing! That is the best to date that i have seen giving us perspective on how tall these monsters are going to be especially compared to whats around, great stuff

There isn't going to be an N at the top. The light beacon will flash Morse code for the letter N for New York.

I find it a little odd. If it's gonna flash an N, why not go ahead flash the Y and C also?
