Then there's my cousin from Ohio, who after returning to my parents house in South Phoenix from a trip to Glendale, said "I didn't realize the speed limits out here were a suggestion."
Ohio's an odd one, though. Some of the slowest drivers ever (which makes sense given there seems to be a state trooper at every mile marker), with the possible exception of Greater Cincinnati.

Ohio drivers suck, but yeah, it's because they're all traumatized into driving no more than 1-3 mph over the posted limit.
There really weren't any cops in Columbus, either. I'd cruise the freeways there fast as hell.
I always will remember driving from DC-Columbus and seeing 11 cars pulled over. 10 of them were from Columbus to the Ohio border. And that didn't include the two cops I saw lying in wait.
