Then there's my cousin from Ohio, who after returning to my parents house in South Phoenix from a trip to Glendale, said "I didn't realize the speed limits out here were a suggestion."

Ohio's an odd one, though. Some of the slowest drivers ever (which makes sense given there seems to be a state trooper at every mile marker), with the possible exception of Greater Cincinnati.
Ohio drivers suck, but yeah, it's because they're all traumatized into driving no more than 1-3 mph over the posted limit.

There really weren't any cops in Columbus, either. I'd cruise the freeways there fast as hell.

I always will remember driving from DC-Columbus and seeing 11 cars pulled over. 10 of them were from Columbus to the Ohio border. And that didn't include the two cops I saw lying in wait.

You don't have to roll her around in flour...you just wait till dusk and see where the bats fly out of.

Got a couple friends who went Denver -> NOLA. Wanna visit but may wait till winter, though then that trip competes with Hawai'i rather than Ohio...

By the way... Droplets on beer bottles?

Hey Buckeye, all those fires in your state (as well as down in Mexico) are sure making for some more killer than usual sunsets here.

It's a Mississippi Valle thang...rocki ghets it.

Always go to New Orleans, pretty easy, it makes Portland look a little drab. Hipsters are roasted whole in NOLA.

At least they're good for something...

Needless to say, with the dry winter and lack of vegetation on the mountain to catch some of last summer's debris runoff, we're scared shitless of this fire and monsoon season.
