I believe the first article states that the main change is how the midtown mile is going to reduced from 1 million square feet to 600,000 square feet of retail space. As far as the SOB...the name will be changed and the number of condos will be reduced and apartments will be added.

Sweet Auburn Curb Market Renovation news

Also they've put up the structures to hold the solar panels for Phase 2 of Ted Turners solar initiative over his parking lot facing Centennial Olympic park.

Whatever they call it, it will still have a giant hole in the middle thanks to "The Dew".

I do think the Apple store is the one store worth chasing with everything they have.

Nice to see some construction on Peachtree Road. A little more density and street presence, it all adds up

Cool. Hopefully they'll build something at the Beltline level. Put a cafe down there or something

Especially as you'd think there would at least be some sort of station there. You'd have to have some sort of lower station platform stairs up to P'tree at least. A little cafe by there would be nice.

New thread?

Is it about time to start a new thread with new project listings?

I know there's not a lot, but as far as developments go, off the time of my head:
  • Porsche HQ
    Edgewood Streetcar
    College Football Hall of Fame
    Civil Rights Museum
    Medical Office Building Listed Above
    Dual Branded Hotel in Midtown
And I'm sure people can add to the list.

I like it. Seemless walkable integration. Sets the stage for pushing things back up East Paces.
