Flar could have stopped over at my place for a beer when he took that!

Getting really close to home here! Both Flar and Harls' pictures include houses of quite a few people I know!

For locals, about 500 m east of where this picture was taken, there is small new development (rue du Musée, impasse de l'Esplanade) where quite a few of the houses will have this view from their back windows.

Nice shot of EAP (At least I think it's EAP!).

I'll never understand why they called it Eighth Avenue Place. It seems to me a far more fitting name would be RMP-Rocky Mountain Place.

At just about any other time in Calgary's history, people would be crooning and swooning over this building. She's a beaut.

Yay to whoever locked those ridiculous threads in the main page...........I suggest ignoring any other posts that are so obviously hate-provoking. Just let them die off into previous pages instead of responding.

Please properly credit photos

When posting someone else's photos on the forum, make sure to include these two things:

1 - Their name

2 - A link to the actual page where you found the photo.

Make sure that you aren't just posting the image link since that doesn't take you the page to contact them. And only including the person's name and "Flickr" isn't good enough. If for some reason someone isn't able to find the owner of the photo through Flickr's search engine or if their name is common, they'll have trouble finding the owner of the photo.

Absolute World must get a lot of attention from people coming in and out of Pearson! Much more visible than the CN Tower from there.

Great photos everyone. This has gotta be one of the best collections of photos on this forum. One of those pages where you are stunned from the top to the bottom.

Great shots.
Anyone got any good London and Peg photos? Considering the number of skyscrapers each city has they don't get the attention they deserve.
