Concerns:
1. A lot of people are now spending more than 50% of their income towards housing.
2. The price of housing has risen at much higher rate than inflation.
3. Most peoples wages have stagnated.
4. Families are being forced further and further away from their jobs.
The sacrifices are getting greater and greater every year. Do you share these concerns, or is everything fine with you as long as your property value rises at an abnormal rate?
