I saw a Taco Bell commercial today. The real Taco Bell employee admits they use only "88% real beef" in their taco beef. And then they have the nerve to say they're giving away free tacos over the next week.

The conclusion is, their product is so bad they can't sell it for any price but $0.00.

I tried real tacos in Mexico and I'll never look back.

Once again I must tell about Taco Bell's venture into Thunder Bay. About 8 years ago I think it was, the bought an old Pizza Hut, demolished it, and built a Taco Bell. There was a lot of hype, but on opening day, only a few people showed up.

Two weeks later it closed and was replaced by an Arby's.

And the really sad thing about it? It's located on a hill and has a big glass window on front, which offers a panoramic vista of the city from its dining room. It would actually be a really cool spot for a fine dining establishment.

The manager of the Arby's at the time was cool (haven't been there in years, who knows if he is still there) whenever he was working he'd give out free food to waiting customers, usually small stuff like fries and jalapeno poppers. Their business wasn't much better than the Taco Bell, but they've managed to stay open the whole time.

It doesn't look like its very high up, but when you're in there at night you can see all the city lights, it's really cool. The Pizza Hut was even higher, they built the floor of this building a bit lower. The view is probably even better now that McDonalds is out of the way.

Those were around over a year ago here. You guys are pretty late to the game. There are a couple others but it has been so long I forget what they showed.

Mini wheat ads are in the company of Tim Hortons and McCains frozen pizzas in the level of badness.

I refuse to purchase any products by Kellogs on account of the Mini-Wheats advertisements. And because No-Name versions of Kellog's cereals are better quality.

Hey, you're not supporting the hard working employees of the Kellog's factory here! The aroma of Mini Wheats wafts all over that part of London because of them!

Well all of us aren't supporting the hard working employees of the paper mills here by using the internet instead of paper. The aroma of broccoli and farts wafts all over this city because of them.

I actually like Gerry Dee's comedy. I see he is doing a lot of commercials now though (also in an older Wiser's one).
