Funny enough i didnt even know it was under construction till it was about 5 to 10 floors above ground.

Maybe, just maybe, it would be worthwhile to look beyond the Top 30 more often. I know you're into curtain glass as well and this tower will be curtain glass.

All of Coquitlam's towers fall within the range of bland to hideous. I think Oasis falls directly in the middle of that scale.
