I haven't been on the project much lately so I haven't been able to witness its progress, or take photos to post here.

On CP now too. When the weather is better, I'll go for a photo walk. I have noticed that the tunnel segment has been completed further east of 37th Street towards 35th. It would be good to remove the temporary bridge on 37th, but they'll probably wait until the Spring to do that.

I noticed another change in traffic management as well. The amount of "green" time on 17th Ave has been increased. When I was waiting at 17th and 33rd St this morning, the wait time was much greater. Was probably changed as a result of the traffic issues experienced on Bow Trail recently.

I drove by the 17th/Sarcee intersection last night at around midnight and saw them starting on the overpass. They had one span up and were moving another into position.

I'll try to go by tonight and get a photo.

Sarcee is closed every night this week between 17 Ave and Bow Trail to facilitate the girders being lifted into place.

Well, I just just trying to embed some pics from my Flickr account but nothing is showing up in my browser. Can you see them above as I've relinked them? I've done this before so I'm not sure what the issue is?

You've linked the page for your image in flickr. I don't use flickr but have seen this problem before.

You have to put the img tags around the photo file itself, which will end in a .jpg.

Press the quote button on my post to see how I've done it.

Not yet, I'll have a better idea once I'm working there in a couple weeks. Right now I'm working for a contractor moving Fortis lines near Milk River.

I have a feeling we'll be working on the NE extension first.

Overhead ribs were going up at Shaganappi station this morning - same look as the Sunalta station ones.

The tilted oval is the West LRT design theme, and will apeaer at nearly every station.

Just like "Big Ugly Box" is the design theme for the NE LRT line.
