I'm liking it but disappointed in the table top flat ending.

Oh well can't have them all!

This building has the best glass out of any residential tower in the city. I absolutely love it!

Axiom is the Bosa owned construction company. or at least affiliated but I think owned at least partially by Bosa.

June 1st, which was part of the agreement. Still a lot of internal work to be done. They just removed the external elevator yesterday.

Thanks for the pix. She's looking good.

It also has a quasi "office building" look - as opposed to that typical "residential" look.

It'll be quite the feat. But do they have to complete everything by June 1 or just the sold suites and common areas in order to get the occupancy permits and close on the condos under contract?

^finally.... a shot that captures how awesome, raw, and industrial the exposed concrete is.

Love it.

OD, your last pic is awesome. I love the look of the exposed concrete. I hope it weathers well.

Pics by me today (had a meeting overlooking the back):
(bit of a fluorescent light reflection at the top of some of the shots)

If the building to the east gets redeveloped
- it'll have to be set back a long ways from Jameson, since Jameson is practically on the property line.

Looks like the southeast corner of the tower will have balconies running all the way to the top:

Glad to see that they are cladding the back and sides of the building in light grey, instead of leaving it black and disgusting-looking, as I was afraid they might have been doing. It gives the building a much sleeker look this way - on all sides, not only the glamorous front semi-circular balconies side.

It's between this and Woodwards for my favourite in the city. If the Turn ever gets built, I would add that one.
