Thanks. I'm not so hot on all the different coloured spandrels at this point... Do you suppose the mismatching blue shades will at least be fixed? And would it have been that much more expensive to use clear curtain wall for that entire face?

Keeping in mind that the windows in the adjacent HSBC building are sort of "two-tone" blue, I think this will help mitigate any blue colour disharmony between it and The Georgia. Also, with the sides that slope outwards at an angle creating a sensation of "falling towards you," then slope back inward, as if to say "everything is under control," this is going to be a very dramatic building when finished.
Like many on this thread, my only regret is that it couldn't have been just a few storeys taller. Oh well, that's not the end of the world. This building is going to create a dynamism that downtown hasn't had before ... and that hopefully will continue when some (hopefully) classy, elegant, supertalls are added to the CBD.
something tells me, from the rounded top of the sign, that it'll be a nostalgic replacement. This city needs to grow up. We really bend over backwards for a handful of old-timers who make up 0.1% of the population.

Looks consistent with the render on the architect's website- yup - heritage...

Uhhhh.... It's a heritage building. You perhaps represent less than 0.1% of the population.
