Can someone with photoshop skills render a night shot of the finished building with lights on the corners like the Bank of China building in Hong Kong?

Maybe?

Thanks in advance.

BTW, Thanks to all for the updates!

I guess they just want to see what the Freedom Tower (One World Trade Center) would look like at night. If that's the truth I am gonna post 2 pictures below.

I'm sure someone has asked this, but I don't much feel like sifting through 500+ pages to find the answer: Does construction on 1 WTC proceed 7 days a week, or only on week days? It seems like nothing happens over weekends.

Construction on One World Trade Center (Freedom Tower) goes on 24/7 with different work crews on different days and hours.

By any chance, does anyone know the pricetags for each of these buildings?

1WTC $3.1 billion (3.1Msqft)
Transit Hub $3.2 billion ($281 million to be used to rebuild Fulton and Greenwich streets)
Vehicle Security Center and Liberty Park: $633 million
National 9/11 Memorial and plaza: Over $1 billion
Total for public buildings: $8.2 billion

7 World Trade Center reportedly cost $700 million (1.7Msqft)
Averaging 1 & 7 WTC Yields a cost of $3.8B for 4.8Msqft, meaning (roughly):

2WTC: $2.2B (2.8Msqft)
3WTC: $1.9B (2.4Msqft)
4WTC: $1.8B (2.3 Msqft)
Total for privately-owned buildings (inc 7WTC): $6.6 Billion

Assuming the roughly $200M PAC gets built, the new WTC will run about $15,000,000,000

Good Lord the glass is going up quick! 1 WTC is starting to look amazing, at first I was a little concerned about the glass, but I'm not worried at all anymore. I cannot wait to see this bad boy in person next year!

And just for the hell of it...:babyeat: <-Seriously?

1) Yes it is. The transit hub, in particular, is insanely overpriced. It will be something of a structural wonder, but it doesn't really fit in with anything else on the site.
2) That's an actual photo. I was flipped the bird by the almighty Zeus on the way to work a few years ago.

I would include the Deutsche Bank site in WTC rebuilding. It has been programmed for office space, and will run at least $1 billion (and probably a hell of a lot more given the developable square feet).

Then there's the new Borough of Manhattan Community College tower.

Those two projects should probably push the rough total to $17 billion or so.

STR, that's supposed to be Madison Street, right? Could you get an approximate view from the Manhattan Bridge walkway on the south side?
