It's not exactly a fully populated development down here, but it's certainly not a ghost town.
By February if they do fill up all the city's various rentals it'll be quite lively.
re: prices... if they do drop 20% across the board then starting prices would be more like $469000 - (93800) = $375200! And the top end price of $6M drops to $4.8M!!! Those figures should help move property. Though if they really wanted to sell everything, and quickly, I think they'd need to be looking at more like 30%+ price adjustments!
