Not that much. You have farther to lift everything and the concrete won't cure any faster. There will be less steel, but erecting the steel doesn't really take that much time.

Slightly OT, but has anyone seen that Barclay's commercial that takes place right outside the lobby of 7WTC? I wasn't entirely sure if it was 7WTC or not until about the 100th time I saw the commercial. But you can clearly see the reflection of the Post Office building in the reflection in the glass. Pretty cool.
Yeah sadly its some elevator. But speaking of glass, when the heck are they going to put them in this suspense is killing me, I mean there had to be a reason for moving the netting up/off on the fire proofed floors.
I Have to say I like having the netting gone... It's cool to see the fireproofed steel. We get see a bit more of the structure of the tower this way. I'd like to see a few floors of fireproofing before the glass so that the messy paint doesn't get near the shiny clean facade.
Enjoy every stage of the process... The glass will come and it will be there a long time.
