Looks like there's still some landscaping to do in the main plaza. West of 3rd street SE I think they probably still have to install lighting, benches and other small features.

Public art is also yet to be installed on the decks.

I like how not all the lighting will be colored led's, the lighting along the trails will all be normal lighting with nice modern looking light poles.

What's really great about this development is that there's still a pretty handsome bridge to top it all off.

And the renovation of St. Patrick's Island itself.

Speaking of which, did anything come of that public-survey from a few months back. Has there been any decisions made on what type of direction the Island will take?

I wouldn't mind seeing some nature inspired murals on some of the flyover cement columns or I wonder if they could have vines crawling up like on Granville island:

I was down there this morning. It looks pretty good, but unfortunately they didn't have all of the security fence down when I was there.
