Interestingly enough, Naheed's campaign said that ward 11 would be the bellwether for the entire race:

Nenshi currently sits at 55% there.

Nenshi's camp had the downtown core and Stephen avenue well covered in chalk when I walked from the office to Scotia Centre for my coffee. The cleaners were out removing it - but when I went back at lunch they were back. So good on them. He's got a good lead right now, over 6,000 votes.
