a render would be nice indeed. In the meantime, visualize ckelley's photo, but with the tower rising to the top of the shot...and a bit more. Mmmbasically double the height of the floors that are already above the old hotel georgia's roof. I hope that made sense.

I'm afraid that unfortunately I won't be able to provide these updates for too much longer. For you see I am fulfilling a twenty year dream and am moving to Coal Harbour, most likely by late September. As a skyscraper fan, its with sweet sorrow that I'll be selling my apartment. I fully expected to see this tower through to it's completion and beyond but sometimes fate intervenes.

Maybe I can write mandatory photo updates into the sales deal with the new owner...lol!

Also, I don't mean to spam but if anyone knows someone that might be interested in this cozy pad, message me!

It looks like when this building is topped out, it will be no larger than TD. Although TD is more in the foreground, but only on the other side of Georgia St.

Podiums are at the bottoms of buildings.

FYI, a lot of people on here think that things like floorplates and FSR are just as interesting as the 'fuck viewcones/city hall/short buildings' threads. Don't bug me about architecture and I won't bug you about idiocy. You forget there's actually an entire thread on here about how the trees in Vancouver are spectacular in the summer. A lot of people do care about exactly that

Also note that the Hotel Georgia tower site is a bit downhill from TD Tower.
