You really get mad at #1? I can't imagine the circus that would occur if bikes didn't pass on the right and cars didn't pass on the left.

Under the law, bikes have just as much right to the lane as cars, but it's a joke in reality. That's why some form of bike lane is key, even if it is just a painted line on the road.

I say this as a driver and cyclist commuter.
