Canada Day in the Lower Mainland

Here is a comprehensive list for most of the lower Mainland as to what is planned for Canada Day. Vancouver has 5 events in total (probably more)

I'll be at one of the bigger events - the Steveston Salmon Festival - which is just a couple of blocks from my house.

you couldn't be more wrong. if you check the schedule, canada place has 4 stages and shows throughout until 6pm. then it's the parade followed by fireworks. plus, dozens of stands and booths. plus the setting! cmon now.

I'm heading there to check out Five Alarm Funk (always a good show) and the SYTYCD Canada dancers. And the re-lit cauldron.
