Rehash of last week's mock-up but with a wider photo.
This represents the full height - 24 floors cantilevering above the podium (based on the render on page 1 of the thread).
I would expect some sort of mechanical penthouse up top as well.
Original pic by me today...

Looking good, in the initial renderings I don't think I ever appreciated the significance of the residential cantilevering, it's pretty impressive though.

Thanks for the updates guys.

Sure is moving upwards at a clip! I wonder what the other side with the windows looks like.... and three floors are left to go? It must be nearing the top, now.

It would be so sweet if this tower reached the height of the crane in officedweller's mockup pic.

^ I agree. The front looks great while the back looks like the back. I guess to a large extent they are just responding to the site and the eventuality that a thin tower may be built across the lane on the Edward Chapman Ladies Shop site. Once that happens you get into primary living area separation and overlook issues since adherence to the conventional 80' residential tower separation guidelines will not be possible.

The steel is gone. This is such an interesting building.

Thanks for the photo Locked-In.

I think Jameson House is going to be an instant classic. I guess everyone does! Very unique.

And thanks L-I!

this building is amazing, but I do hate one thing about it. The view from the back and south west... I wish they could put glass over over the concrete where it curves, instead of just half... I still love it though.

I love the look of Jamieson House House. I just wish it were about 10 storeys taller.

I don't. Jameson isn't exactly a skinny building... a 48-storey version will throw off the scale of that part of the skyline. This project is more about an interesting urban landscape/interface, rather than a sleek massing, and hence not suited for tall buildings.

I stand corrected. I guess an image of Marina City in Chicago flashed through my mind ......

I love how fast a building can go up when the developer is under-the-gun with the contracts!
