A few from when I was in town for the Olympics. I'm going to post a thread eventually, but still have 80+ photos to edit.

A naked unwrapped Bay

Almost looks like a different city

And this really does look so un-Vancouver

Hey guys. Could someone tell me the name of this building at Hastings and Main? I tried to find it online, but didn't have much luck.

It's called The Dawson, used to be The Ford Building. Or maybe the other way around? Either way, it's referred to by both names.

@Yume What camera do you use? I'm looking to purchase a camera and yours seems like a nice one.
@ayreonaut What program do you use to edit your pictures?

Canon 5D Mk II, usually with a 24-105mm lens and Circular Polarizer (during the day and outdoors)

And I have a Canon G10 as a point and shoot for when I don't feel like putting out my back carrying the 5D Mk II all day.

Just an FYI, Yume's 5D2 is an amazing camera, but his set up will set you back $3k+. If you're looking to get into photography, the Canon T2i is a good place to start (though don't bother with the kit lens) plus a lens like Tamron's 17-50 f/2.8. That setup will probably run you $1500. I'm sure Nikon offers a great camera (D90 or something?) in the same price area, but I'm a canon guy. I'm currently having issues with my old 30D/17-55 setup, seems to produce a lot of soft images at smaller apertures. Frustrating.
