From what I’ve read that is a support track for one of those big red cranes (like the ones we’ve seen for Tower 1).

i agree, i was just on it, at 9:00 new york time, andit was still bright like it was noon!

anyways, i made this little progress thing to show how far along we are in construction... (made by me, origonal photo from the first page of this thread)

That is the crane pad for the Manitowoc 18000 (Bigger Red) that was disassembled from the Tower One site over this past weekend.

DCM is moving it to the hub to begin there work over there. (and man, do they need it)

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but I'm almost definite that it's the transportation hub. Towers 2 and 3 are supposed to be to the immediate right and left.
