As far as I heard, yeah he did. Anyways, not entirely dissatisfied since like you guys have said they are fixable problems, they just kinda start to add up and it gets quite annoying, you know?

That's horrible! Man, I shudder to think what his family's going through right now. I'm surprised I didn't see it in the news.

Hi Erik,

We are going ahead with our Ultra project. We have just finished clearing the land and looks like we will be going in ground the end of Novemeber or early December. Our Disclosure is being finalized with our Lawyers at this point. We should have all our information with in the next 3-4 weeks and will be contacting existing purchaser's with updated information and then going ahead with sales to the public.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Kind Regards,

Jessica Phillips
Sales Representative
WestStone Properties Ltd.

That's great! I can't wait for them to start, I've been watching them clearing the land, but I wasn't seeing any digging so I didn't know what was happening.

Latest Update on Ultra from Weststone is Breaking Ground Late March.

BOSA is doing the development and has quoted 28 months for Construction.

Anyone have a unit in here?

Thanks for keeping us up to date - I can't wait for them to start (well actually to finish) building the Ultra. I live a couple of blocks away, and I don't like all these empty grass/dirt lots around, I'd rather see them built up with 🞵🞵🞵🞵 highrises.

112,000 more for a two bedroom (compared to a one bedroom and den) seems pretty steep; 391k seems pretty high for central city... Thanks for the update though...

It is a little steep. I am looking at a 3 yr old townhome with 3 bedrooms and a rec room, 2000 square feet overall for 390 k in Newton. BUT, 2 bedrooms at 104th and University Way (former W. Walley Ring Road) are $420-430 for the 20th floor on MLS.

At 108th and University way 2 bedroom on the 20th floor are $389k in the new City Point building

You can get 26th floor at Infinity (Park Place) for $266k for 2 bed room, 760 ft2,

location wise, tho, ultra will prolly be the best one. City pointe is still pretty close to crackland, its going to be a while before king george 108th and west will get developed. With the food bank, soup kitchens and thrift shops, there will still be a strong druggie presence there for a while.

Infinity tower has gotten better, but they still have a pretty poor reputations for parolees and drug users. Plus you are going to be living beside an empty hole and a "skytower 2007" sign, and an outdated plaza for a long time. Who knows when the berezan project will get going.

Ultra is going to be right in the heart of all the money the government is throwing into d/t surrey. Much better access to amenities, and progress is happening...with the other towers it is bit more of a 🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵 in my opinion

Hey Guys, I live in d'corize (Very nice Building by the way) and my bedroom window looks right over the Urban Village site so I should be able to keep you very updated on this as it progresses. The Day they Break ground I will have Pics! Couple months back I got very excited because there was a backhoe clearing the area but that was it. Hey anyone know what they are doing with the 3-4 houses still there?
