^ Those last few floors are just the levels of the "ring", not actual office floors.

To me, a Supertall building like the Freedom Tower doesn't have to be about how many floors it has although it is nice for New York's Tallest Building to have 100+ Floors. Look at Taipei 101, 1,470 Feet (Rooftop) 1,671 (w/ Spire) and only 101 Floors, or the Shanghai World Financial Center, 1,614 Feet (Rooftop) and 101 Floors as well. If the building is tall that is enough to satisfy me. For example, take the CN Tower in Toronto or the Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas, those may not be skyscrapers but they are pretty tall and that is what matters to me.

NYGuy... I just want to indicate that this is the first photo which actually gives me a good prespective on how "The NY Tower" will look in relationship to the other buildings.
Oh,,, I don't know if there is such a thing as "The NY Tower", but this is the one for me.

They have to call each floor something so they give it a number so the elevator guys can make the buttons.

So now they have 71 office floors, that means they are including the two broadcast floors as office floors.

The base is 20 floors high from ground level.

It's amazing that they took all the dirt out of the WTC site and made an entire community next to it, that's still building beautiful skyscrapers, even today. Now that's as green as you can get.

I'm really thinking that that inspired the Palm Islands' developers in Dubai.

Hey guy's i know im off the topic im really sorry about that, but just using one of our wonderful senses called imagination can you imagine how could/would Manhattan look in perhaps 50-200 years?
Any chances of anything being build on the island taller than 1WTC?
and again i apologize to be off topic, since nothing much happened on the site in recent week and people weren't talking about nothing new i though it would be interesting to bring this question up.

Yeah, that is off topic. But you can discuss it over in this thread.
