This property has been sold. There is a sold sign on the agents sign. This is at the corner of King William behind the Ti-Cat's office. It was to have an approved high rise condo on this site before the owner got sick and put it up for sale. Hopefully something good will become of it.

That would be a pretty awesome place for a mid-rise (20 stories or so).
