So the inevitable question is, what can be cut?
Do we need a station at Cyrville?
Can we build smaller stations underground and expand them later? Maybe just do a little bit of preparatory excavation beyond the 4-car tunnel size, and then plan on doing the remaining excavation in the decades ahead as needed, with equipment and debris moving in and out via rail during the night.
Any other targets?
