I agree, it's fantastic! The architecture is good enough, nice scale, nothing totally spectacular, but the landscape architecture and public realm is the real star. Is there a particular landscape architecture firm doing the bulk of the work on the open spaces?

I don't know what's up with people in Vancouver and that saying. I've never heard it before coming here.

The first time was someone saying "You can't swing a cat around without hitting a Japanese person here!"

9 buildings older than 10 years that i'm sure of, thoguh i'm sure some of those condo buildings have to be older then that now.
