Looks like this might just play out itself. Can the city afford to finish project (RIGHT).
Should have just continued to rent city centre till we saved up for renos.
Somethings gotta give here.

Reno is pretty much finished now, I don't think this is really a question any more. We're stuck with the half-assed piece of shit reno that we all expected.
