Yeah, but you don't have to live in this hood, or even next door to it or know the kind of architecture that defines this hood.
I haven't heard good comments about it either, and these are from people who have no clue about architecture, but were so unimpressed by the faux limestone cladding they had to comment. The precast exterior is always the first issue quickly followed by the "dunce cap" top.
I don't take up issue with the overall design paper. I was happy with the renderings from the beginning, but once the exterior went up it quickly fell apart in my eyes.
