My understanding is a bread garden is going into that site, not sure exactly where do, when I walk by I can't vision it.

But remember one thing: population != driving population. If you looked at the percentage growth of the 16+ population, I'm sure that it would be much more in line with the vehicle growth.

i was here for that long, sad. I have to say the next 10 years is the true transformation, when existing roads won't be good enough for another 25% increase.

The old Kripp's Pharmacy building (994 Granville @ Nelson) was torn down today. I'll take a picture when it's not pouring rain.

I saw this. Looks like they are going ahead without the expropriation being completed on the corner of Davie and Seymour. Money's dry cleaning remains open for now. I understand this has been pretty ugly between the land owner and the city.

I hope the park is done (at least the part available) before the Olympics.

We need another Earls like we need another Starbucks.

I mean, obviously people eat there, but I don't know anyone who does. I can't stand the food, there's so many better options in Vancouver.
