^I think a House of Blues would fit better at Constellation (or any future development downtown) than at Bridge Street. Sorry, I just can't picture one of those in a suburban office park. The Ferris wheel is a cool idea, though. It would probably attract a broader demographic than the carousel.
As for the food court-- those went out of style in the 90s along with enclosed malls. It baffles me that Bridge Street even has one-- note that it's tucked in the back, so they didn't expect too much out of it anyway. That being said, Bridge Street does need more quick-service restaurants such as
Zoe's Kitchen. But the Japanese restaurant there is good, and I would recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it yet.
