Good to see you back, Harls.

I walked past HP today, and it looks awesome in person.

Good to have you back Harls and yes, rakerman is amazing and smart, and hopefully we'll have both of you on this thread for a long time.
I see, you had a great vacation............
As for BBQ, nobody is responding, so I guess you'll have to wait until I move in in January and then, we'll still have to wait until Rooftop terrace is open. Invitation also stands for Elliot and his mom

Phase I is almost sold out, only 5 units left. In Phase II, 26 units for sale.
Can't wait to see the garden and everything cleaned up so people in HP1 can enjoy it before the snow
BTW, how are the people in HP1???
Too busy enjoying the rooftop terrace and other fun stuff

Thanks Harls for the nice snaps of HP1 & HP2. Looks like the rooftop terrace on

HP1 is still boarded. Wonder how the landscaping is going?

Good to have you back

They've been working on the "park" part (the plaza area between the two buildings). Looks like a giant concrete slab, they put a layer of what looked like black rubber/plastic waterproofing down and then a layer of blue foam over top. Whatever they plant there will have to have fairly shallow roots.

These photos suggest to me that what they are actually doing is waterproofing and insulating the roof of the underground parking garage that must be just below this future parkette.

They're pouring a concrete border area around the central plaza ("park") area.

Thanks for the pix Rakerman.

I am wondering how grass and trees can go in the parkette, when there's a layer of waterproofing underneath. How's the water going to drain?

What's the word on move-in dates over at HP2? When do people start moving? Are they on schedule? Nice view of both towers from Gloucester Street today when I was walking by, too bad I didn't have a camera.

Looks like it is on schedule. The first ones moving in November probably have already dates for PDI. Any changes for your PDI or move in date???

The second layer of concrete has been poured for the boundary of the central "park" area. It puts the concrete border at the same height as the existing concrete that runs along the side and entranceway of Phase I.

Thanks for the pic Rakerman. Is the concrete border knee-high? If so, it's a bit higher than the renderings. But we now know for sure that there will be light at some of the columns (from the electrical wires sticking out from the concrete).
