That Toronto shot with the colors is frikin beautiful, perfect shot, skyline looks awesome.
Like I said 95% of the waterfront is great it's only the small piece from Yonge to Leslie street (about 4.5 km) that needs to be worked on. There are over a dozen parks, beaches, mashes, marina's, cliffs, islands and other activities all along the waterfront stretching over about 50 Km on the waterfront.

here are some of what i mean

Everyone always 🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵 about the Toronto waterfront...

In actuality it's not "that" bad... .and with the redevelopment coming, it will be much better.

^^
great montreal pano! how recent is it?

i think the pic submitted by ambaUp a couple pgs back of the toronto waterfront showed too much of the old shaddy, industrial area that is slowly being 'improved'. there are definitely many agreeable areas as Nite's exhaustive posts show(thnx Nite).
actually, i could tolerate the industrial areas (great for exploring and dead body disposal, lol) but i am particularly unimpressed by the stretch (east of sunnyside pool-?) where the bike trail and board/beach walk discourteously discontinue for that private yatch/country club. the waterfont should be accessible for the public -especially in the city -save for city service/maintenance facilities.

The picture was commissioned by WaterfronToronto. I hope they take a few during and after as well. It's already outdated for being what looks like early spring

I just find the whole area bland and boring. The plans to realign Lake Shore, improve access, and create focal points looks promising though.

Of course one of the taller skylines in the country is now abuilding here, miles (kms won't do it justice) from rural areas.

Shows what I know.

are there any shots of the storm that ripped through Toronto the other night, they showed some amazing skyline lightning shots on CTV National news last night.
