we're lucky in vancouver though - trains come within seconds sometimes

in san fran it was quite depressing to read the sign of the train you are waitingf for 14 minutes! 14 freaking minutes

I won't complain about 4 minute waits again

It's generally 6 minutes at line split portions and 3 minutes for combined service portion. Really... early morning and late late night periods are the longer waits for the split portions but there isn't exactly a need for that frequent service... yet.

I'm just glad at least I don't have to wait 20 minutes for a stinkin' B-Line at rush hour periods. Honestly, if you ask me, the 98 B-Line is the worst B-Line ever... at least with the 99 B-Line, you have buses coming every few minutes for sure, even though some have to past you. The 98 B-Line can take forever and is incredibly inconsistent.

A little bit less than that.. from the schedule, the trains are actually 4-4-4-3 min apart.. so more like 3min 45sec

Each branch follows a 7-8-7-8 min schedule, so they're 7min 30sec apart

however the schedule has two trains just 2-minute apart from Bridgeport northbound around 7:30am -7:32am

Bridgeport is where they take the train in or out of service. So they decided to let the train remain in service until Bridgeport (like the skytrain to Edmonds at ~9am), rather than letting them running "not in service" behind the previous train (you see this quite often with skytrain too).

They don't call BART a commuter subway for no reason... And now graveyard hours for the Canada Line are worse.

I can confirm that from my experience. For 5 days in the past week, I found myself arrived at Metrotown station platform at 7:43am. The same 4 car M-II would arrive. What amazed me was the same girl would sit in the same spot, and she recognized me too!

They could've just run all trains to Richmond at 10min frequency, and then keep 2 trains shuttling people between the airport and Bridgeport. This way, all branches will have at least 10min frequency all day.

even the offpeak of the millennium line seems terrible compared to the expo line
