New Nightclub:
I can't remember the name of it, but driving down 2nd Avenue recently, I saw that a new nightclub is opening just north of the Odeon. Have no idea what kind of music genre it will be, but at least it is another spot to socialize in the evening downtown.
Also, the new restaurant and piano lounge has opened in the old Mykonos location on 21st street. I personally have not been in it yet, but have heard from some colleagues that it is a great addition with a real upperscale New York jazz club feel to it.
We seem to have our share of pubs, but agree we are lacking the uber cool dance clubs!
